Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory to create an account on 25h2. Accounts registered with false information may be canceled at any time. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered a violation of policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Your account must not be used by any third party. If unauthorized access is suspected, immediately notify support.

Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 25h2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Approved payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Currently, local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported.
Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawal. Withdrawals without valid documentation will not be approved. Any transaction fees applicable before using deposited funds for betting or gaming will be clearly disclosed.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
The 25h2 platform is to be used only for lawful entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure if detected:
Creating or managing multiple accounts under the same individual’s name is strictly forbidden.
Use of automated betting software or bots is prohibited.
Claiming bonuses in violation of terms or exploiting system weaknesses.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
25h2 may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- By legal or regulatory authority instruction
- If inactive for a prolonged period (as per applicable policy)
If an account is closed, verified balances will be refunded separately; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.
Liability
25h2 holds limited liability for losses caused by technical issues, disconnections, or third-party service interruptions. Users are solely responsible for their betting or gaming decisions. Users must ensure compliance with all legal requirements applicable to platform use.
Changes to Terms, Communication & Applicable Law
